Cordarrelle Patterson, Wide Receiver, Minnesota Vikings

The Vikings hope Cordarrelle Patterson will ease the pain of Percy Harvin. Patterson is a player when he has the ball in his hand, however, he's not as good as Harvin in all aspects in his play. In the preseason, the Vikings will likely put many demands on Patterson to help make him comfortable with Madden NFL 23 rapidly. It will be interesting to find out how they can engage him.

Ziggy Ansah Defensive End, Detroit Lions

The word "raw" was mentioned in almost every discussion about BYU defensive lineman Ezekiel Ansah prior to his selection in the Madden NFL 23 Draft. The combination of speed and strength was enough to get him into the top five, though the position is accompanied by the expectation of being a key contributor early on. With the speed at which Ansah has grown in his college years and the next phase of his career will be thrilling to follow.

Brian Schwenke, Center, Tennessee Titans

The inside of the Titans' offensive line has been a major problem for the team in recent seasons, but it won't be any longer after Tennessee has signed guard Andy Levitre and drafted Alabama guard Chance Warmack with the No. 10 selection in the draft of April. But, fourth-round selection Brian Schwenke, a center from California is the inside lineman to keep an eye on during the training camp. He was viewed in the form of an "ordinary tools" player, but he could be able to get a chance at an opening job as soon as the first day.

Peterson is not a good choice to leave

Adrian Peterson erased any and any doubts regarding his abilities to heal quickly after he ran for 84 yards and two touchdowns in the first week of the season that ended eight months after undergoing major operation to repair a torn MCL as well as an ACL. However, news broke this week that Peterson was not fully recovered from his January hernia surgery however, the team is hopeful that Peterson will return by the time OTAs begin in May, and possibly even for free-strength training in the latter part of April . Take a look at Daily Norseman for more on the Vikings.
