Uhh I couldn't see a Slender topic?? So I started one! Lately I've been searching Sinu's video collection for all Slender episodes as I am doing some Slenderman drawings and wanted to set the mood, and I got thinking about what could they possibly do next to add to the Slender gaming experience?

There's a bit in the Slender maze video where Sinu thinks Slender's put his arm around the corner and I wondered, do you think it would make it scarier if Slenderman could actually 'move' like that? I think if he could put his arm around corners that would be really creepy.... I'm not sure whether giving Slender the ability to run would ruin the atmosphere though.... how about floating or creeping? I think Slender works best somehow when he is slow. I guess he doesn't need to be fast 'cause he can teleport... On the other hand, I think the way he 'doesn't move' in the game is maybe what makes him scary, as he can just 'appear,' and even seeing him just standing there is scary enough. I just watched Sinu's video for 'Which' as well and the way the mannequin moves in that is really creepy so maybe they could make a Slender like that. What do you guys think?

I don't like the idea of seeing Slenderman move. I think that he is perfect already in how the way he moves. You look at him and he just stares at you, arms by his side, body completely straight. I love the way he is at the moment, I don't like it when I see his tendrils flailing around, it just ruins the creepiness. When you turn back around, Slenderman comes up to you and suddenly you're eyes are covered by one of his tendrils, then he pulls you closer... and rapes you. Maybe. XDD I don't know. He might, who the fuck knows! He'll probably just kill you though... painfully.

I think Slenderman rapes your mind! Something scary anyway.. I swear I saw a Slender when I was walking back from work the other day but it was an illusion with a tree and a lamp post (bearing in mind it was night time)! I quite like the tentacles :) as they remind me of tree branches. I see what you mean about him being perfectly scary as he is though! It's almost his 'lack of' scariness that makes him more scary?? Like, he has no face, and looks kinda plain, and doesn't move... but that's exactly why he's so creepy - I guess maybe it's an 'all in your head' type thing.

I think I would like more illusions in Slender games though - like seeing things you *think* are Slenderman, but they're not. I guess maybe I wonder, as he is only ever seen in one position (standing), there are limited illusions you can make... BUT if you knew he could move his arms, for example, it might make things like white scratches on walls that look like hands more believable?

I think not knowing how he moves exactly is the scariest feeling of all. Then you don't know how to protect yourself. Or, instead of him killing you, your mind drives you to insanity trying to think of how it works. Who knows.
