Hello all of Yan land! My name is H, therefore I am H-Yan :) . I am an artist from ye olde England.

My story starts about a year ago upon discovering the notorious 'Hitler plays Slender' video on youtube (I have no idea why or how I discovered it - but IT MUST HAVE BEEN SOME UNSEEN FORCE as it first got me interested in the game Slender - and then - Sinu!!!) I love watching video games more than playing them myself and watching Sinu play Slender became a very welcome distraction from writing my dissertation.. BUT! When I finished my degree, I forgot all about it for a while...... yet the shadow of a faceless man kept appearing in my dreams and haunting the crack between my curtains as I worked tirelessly through the night... Then a few weeks ago THE SLENDER MAN FOUND ME!!! And brought me here! And said I was to be a Yan or he will eat my soul slowly and painfully... (he also wants me to do him a self portrait) :)

So anyway! Here I am. Lately I've been catching up on a lot of Sinu's other Let's Plays including Outlast, Call of Cthulu, Half Life and Mermaid Swamp (oh - and a note of caution - DO NOT alternate between Sinu videos as you get some really weird dreams of hybrid Walrider-Mermaid creatures & stuff - mind you, great inspiration for artwork!) I especially like the horror genre so it's great to find a collection of horror games I may not otherwise have heard of.

I don't normally like Let's Plays with voiceovers but I really warmed to Sinuyan, so have joined this forum to voice my appreciation, maybe chat and sit staringly at fellow Yans...

Oh -YAY!! Thank you for your replies, I feel very welcomed! :) Seth I LOVE your hat. Haha Jeb_CC you made me laugh - and yes - I have no intentions of stealing Seth (only maybe his hat) - feel safe to let him out of the cupboard. Shootingstar I can't stop staring at the weird bird in your avatar... Heh you're right - does Slenderman ever let anyone leave?!

Wow I just found some of Sinu's older videos where he still calls people 'audience' not Yans... feels weird... Yans is such a cool name. Off to explore the rest of the forum... and watch out for Slender.
